Tony Mallon
Tony is a trade-qualified carpenter with more than 30 years' experience across domestic construction. His background ranges from alterations of existing homes to highly specified architectural houses, alongside earlier farm and industrial building work.
That breadth is particularly useful in renovations. Existing homes rarely present perfect conditions, and complicated work depends on understanding how structures, materials and trades interact before making the next decision.
Rebecca and the company
Rebecca co-founded Mallon Building with Tony and brought extensive construction administration experience to the business. Mallon Building employs and trains trade-qualified carpenters and works with quality subcontractors Tony knows and trusts.
A practical way of working
The company's long-standing philosophy is to think through likely possibilities early so clients are not caught by avoidable surprises later. Testimonials describe Tony as honest, reliable, easy to deal with and communicative throughout the project.

Why renovations suit experience
New construction starts with a clear site and a defined set of documents. Renovations begin with an existing building and a history. That makes practical knowledge and problem solving especially valuable—the qualities behind Mallon Building's focus on alterations and difficult residential work.
